She was always available, always helpful, provided insightful comments, always reachable. Terry provides an amazing range of services and easily traverses in sales of houses or condos that are either 200.000 $ or houses that are upwards of 700.000 $ and more. Some of our early conversations took place while I was overseas and I never felt that the time difference affected the efficiency of our negotiations. During the 10 years in which we lived in our first house we often asked Terry to help us look for new houses. She would do so gladly and without ever pressuring us about moving, even though she put considerable time and effort into showing us new listings. I distinctly remember that Terry cut her Kayaking trip short when we bought the very first house with her, just to be there at a crucial moment in time (we were still living in another state while buying the house). While selling our house, Terry provided us with a lot of contact information for services: her contacts did excellent work for reasonable prices to make the house look presentable. (This resulted in a relatively fast sale in this market!) I simply cannot say enough good things about Terry. I would choose her again and would whole-heartedly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a house in and around Seattle.
