A 27-year veteran of the Real Estate industry, Terry was licensed in 1985 and worked as a residential sales agent for Kamas Realty.  She became an Associate Broker in 1988 and was their top listing and top selling agent.  Terry joined Coldwell Banker Bain as a Managing Broker for their Capitol Hill office in November, 1988.  Terry grew the office to twice its size and increased per person productivity with record closed sales volume in the almost 10 years she managed.  Additionally, she hired and trained 3 company "rookies of the year".  Terry returned to sales in 1997 with Coldwell Banker Bain and continued to achieve high productivity.  Terry consistently is awarded as top Listing Agent in her office of 120 agents. Additionally, Terry has achieved entrance into the prestigious International President's Elite each year since returning to sales. Negotiating a sale for her clients approximately every seven days, Terry enjoyed forty-nine transactions in her first year back in residential Real Estate.

Terry has also earned the Coldwell Banker Previews Designation. This program is a comprehensive marketing program designed specifically for marketing luxury residential properties to affluent Buyers worldwide. In addition to rigorous performance criteria, Terry completed a prescribed certification course that covered topics such as; Market Analysis for Luxury Homes, Developing and Implementing Market Plans, Product Knowledge and Making Use of the Previews Program to Find the Right Buyer for an Exceptional Property.  Terry loves residential real estate and continues to assist clients in all price ranges.

Successfully completing advanced studies in all aspects of listing, selling, investment, legal aspects, and creative financing, Terry has earned both the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Certified Residential Broker (CRB) designations. These coveted designations combined are held by less than 1% of all REALTORS nationwide. Additionally, Terry has earned the e-Pro Certified Internet Professional certification.

Terry represents Buyers and Sellers in the purchase and sale of residential Real Estate throughout the greater Seattle area, with special expertise in the communities of King County, including Capitol Hill, Downtown, First Hill, Montlake, Madison Park, Washington Park, Fremont, Green Lake, Ravenna, View Ridge, Wallingford, Ballard, Maple Leaf, Wedgwood and the surrounding areas. Nationally recognized as a Real Estate expert, Terry has been interviewed on Good Morning America and has been a guest speaker and panelist at a number of industry seminars and retreats. Terry was selected as the 2008 REALTOR of the Year by the Seattle/King County Assoc. of REALTORS.  Dedicated to professionalism in the industry, Terry is the "Big Broker Representative" for
Coldwell Banker Bain and is a NAR Director for Washington State and has been active with her local, state and the National Association of REALTORS since 1993. She was the 2008 Washington State CRB president.  In 2004-2005 she was appointed by the Governor to a Task Force to review/re-write Dept of Licensing Real Estate current code. In 2002 she served on the Burn Ban Task Force for 3-County Puget Sound Clean Air Agency. Terry is also a volunteer on the Board of Directors for HomeSight®, a non profit community development of low income housing, affiliated with the national agency of NeighborWorks®.
